Invitations & digital files will be shipped immediately, but all other party supplies will be COMPLETED based on the DATE of YOUR EVENT and NOT when you place your order. Banner orders are shipped to arrive by BY EARLY IN THE WEEK OF YOUR PARTY.

Invitations will be shipped 2-3 days after proof approval.

Digital files will be sent within 24-48 hours of purchase.

Please be sure to include your party date when you place your order.

Orders received without A PARTY DATE will be CANCELED and REFUNDED.

A $10 RUSH FEE will be charged for ALL ORDERS NEEDED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY - FRIDAY) - Weekends are not counted.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER:

*Thanks to all your wonderful support and patronage of Burley Girl Designs, our ship time is now running about 3-4 weeks. Please convo me if you need something shipped quicker and I will see what I can do to accommodate your needs!!!!!!

*Please note that on some of my larger party packs, shipping will take more time. You will recieve your party pack the week prior to your party, but will recieve it before your party date.

*Please note that all cute name banners are for names with 8 letters, if you have a name that is longer, convo me for a quote... PLEASE NOTE - on all regular size banners each character/scalloped circle or square measures about 5.5(wide and tall)inches in size...so to determine length - 5.5 times the number of charcaters in your name(including space cards) then divide by 12 to get the length in feet. Or just ask and I will calculate for you:-)

*Please make sure your correct address is stored in PAYPAL.

*We no longer offer shipping out of the USA. We can not rely on timely deliveries of other countries postal services...

*PLEASE be sure to put your party date and all instructions about your banner in the message to maker.

* Please note that lettering styles vary, along with paper selections. All banners are custom made to order, so some paper may not be available that is exactly like the photo you have purchased, so colors will be similar but exact prints may not be.
